Asian shares fall as oil rises and Treasury yields climb

Regional markets were mixed, with Japan's Nikkei 225 up 1.30% and the benchmark US 10-year Treasury yield last at 5.165%. Spot gold was up 0.1% at $4,282.98 an ounce.
US index futures: S&P 500 futures -0.17% and Nasdaq 100 futures +0.07%, while Dow futures and Russell 2000 futures were unchanged. EUR/USD rose +0.04% as WTI gained +2.59% to 85.56.
European session trading shows S&P 500 futures down 0.05%, Nasdaq 100 futures down 0.21%, the dollar index down 0.19%, and WTI crude up 0.68%.
