Europe edges stocks lower as WTI rises, EUR/USD ticks higher
US index futures: S&P 500 futures -0.17% and Nasdaq 100 futures +0.07%, while Dow futures and Russell 2000 futures were unchanged. EUR/USD rose +0.04% as WTI gained +2.59% to 85.56.

In currencies, the dollar index is down 0.09 percent, euro dollar is up 0.04 percent, GBP/USD is up 0.05 percent and EUR/GBP is down 0.04 percent.
In oil, WTI crude is at 85.56, up 2.59 percent and Brent crude is at 90.6, up 2.84 percent.
UK volume leaders: Lloyds Banking Group up 0.59 percent, Barclays up 0.82 percent, BP down 0.17 percent, Shell up 1.01 percent and HSBC up 1.62 percent. continental European volume leaders: UBS up 1.67 percent, Deutsche Telekom up 1.17 percent, SAP up 0.76 percent, Novartis down 0.72 percent and Nestle up 0.13 percent.
