In currencies, the dollar index is down 0.19 percent.
EUR/USD is up 0.18 percent, GBP/USD is up 0.14 percent, and EUR/GBP is up 0.05 percent.
WTI crude is at 84.63, up 0.68 percent, and Brent crude is at 91.5, up 0.53 percent.
