OUTsurance Group proposes share-for-share deal for remaining 7.17% of Outsurance Holdings

OUTsurance Group (OGL) plans to acquire the remaining 7.17% of Outsurance Holdings (OHL) through a share-for-share transaction. The deal, subject to shareholder approval, will issue new OGL shares based on a 30-day volume-weighted average price from Oct. 6, 2026, to Nov. 17, 2026.
