Morphosis Capital to sell Stay Fit Gym stake as it combines with 18GYM

Morphosis Capital agreed to sell its stake in Romanian fitness chain Stay Fit Gym as it combines with 18GYM, expecting up to a 4.6x net multiple on invested capital and a net IRR above 40%.
