Oct. 6 (Reuters) — Kenmare Resources PLC said it has received a non-binding proposal from International Resources Holdings RSC Ltd and that discussions with IRH are ongoing. Kenmare said there can be no certainty that a firm offer will be made. It added that IRH must announce a firm offer intention or walk away by 17 Nov 2026.
