Weinberg Capital Partners to buy Daher's technical containers and shelters unit

Weinberg Capital Partners’ WCP Eiréné fund agreed to acquire Daher’s technical containers and shelters business serving mainly defense markets. The carve-out centers on Daher Montrichard Industrie, a French maker of containers and technical shelters used to protect military equipment. The unit generates more than EUR 30 million in revenue and employs 145 people.
