Skanska wins USD 84 million contract for Georgia data center
Skanska won a contract worth approximately USD 84 million to construct a 22,700-square-meter data center in Georgia. The facility will have a capacity of 48 MW and include five colocation data halls. Construction is slated to begin in November 2026, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2028. The order will
