Skanska wins USD 84 million contract for Georgia data center

Skanska won a contract worth approximately USD 84 million to construct a 22,700-square-meter data center in Georgia. The facility will have a capacity of 48 MW and include five colocation data halls. Construction is slated to begin in November 2026, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2028. The order will be recorded in Skanska’s US intake for the third quarter of 2026.
