Shikoku Electric Power will raise low-voltage retail electricity rates from Nov. 1 to pass through higher wheeling charges, with amended regulated tariffs filed with Japan’s METI. It forecasts incremental wheeling charge revenue of JPY 33.8 billion for fiscal 2026-2027, lifting an average Metered Lighting A household (
