Samsung Reportedly to Use TSMC 3nm Technology for Nvidia HBM Chips
TSMC is expected to manufacture base dies for Nvidia’s custom NVHBM chips. Nvidia reportedly requested TSMC’s 3nm process and sixth-generation DRAM technology from Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron.
