Orascom Construction, OCI Global Extend Long-stop Date for Planned Merger
() -- Engineering and construction contractor Orascom Construction (ADX:ORAS) said Tuesday the long-stop date for its proposed combination with Dutch chemicals company OCI Global (OCI.AS) was extended to Dec. 30.
