Lottomatica to merge with Spain’s Cirsa in all-share deal
Italian Gaming Group Lottomatica and Cirsa Enterprises have agreed to an all-share merger. The combined entity will retain listings in both Italy and Spain, with Cirsa shareholders receiving 0.668 new shares.
