Lottomatica to merge with Spain’s Cirsa in all-share deal

Gaming groups Lottomatica and Cirsa Enterprises have agreed to an all-share merger that will keep the combined company listed in both Italy and Spain. Milan-listed Lottomatica said the Wednesday agreement will give shareholders of Barcelona-based Cirsa 0.668 new Lottomatica shares for each Cirsa share.
