Japan's services prices increased by 2.3% year-on-year in September, up from a 1.4% rise in August.
The AIM-listed company said the tender offer would return up to £7,199,998 to shareholders at 269p per ordinary share. It also called a general meeting for 26 October 2026 to consider the proposal.
The gauge rose 3.6% in July. The Bank of Japan watches it for signs companies are passing on labour costs.
