The AIM-listed UK technology group reported six-month revenue of £9.2m, adjusted EBITDA of £1.0m and adjusted profit before tax of £0.5m. It also said it secured about £1.6m of additional debt funding after period end.
The AIM- and BSX-listed company said the open offer will raise up to about £15 million through up to 37.5 million shares at 40 pence each. Lord Ashcroft has agreed to underwrite the offer up to the maximum aggregate value.
