Intel Foundry and ASML detail progress toward High NA EUV readiness
At the SPIE Photomask Technology + Extreme Ultraviolet Lithography conference, Intel Foundry and ASML said they are making continued progress toward bringing High Numerical Aperture High NA EUV lithography into production.
