Fortis Healthcare seeks Supreme Court halt of IHH takeover forensic audit
Fortis Healthcare has moved the Supreme Court to challenge a Delhi High Court order that directed a forensic audit into IHH’s acquisition of Fortis, including the ₹4,666 crore purchase of RHT Health Trust.
