Fortis Healthcare has approached the Supreme Court against a Delhi High Court order that directed a forensic audit of IHH’s acquisition of the company, including the ₹4,666 crore purchase of Singapore-based RHT Health Trust. On August 31, the Delhi High Court allowed the forensic audit into the IHH acquisition.
