Fay becomes post-tropical cyclone; NHC says it will dissipate in about a day
The US National Hurricane Center said Fay, located off the Azores, has become a post-tropical cyclone and is expected to dissipate in a day or so. The storm was about 1,590 miles west-southwest of the Azores with maximum sustained winds of 30 mph.
