FTC, States Sue Lens.com for Deceptive Contact Lens Pricing
The Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general have sued Lens.com, alleging the company engaged in a deceptive pricing scheme by hiding "taxes & fees" that frequently doubled the advertised price of contact lenses.
