ExpreS2ion Biotech Fully Enrolls Phase I Breast Cancer Trial
The ES2B-C001 trial enrolled 19 patients. Preliminary data show anti-HER2 responses in 12 of 13 evaluable patients, with no DLTs or SUSARs. The primary readout is now expected in Q1 2027, shifted from end-2026.
