ExpreS2ion Biotech Holding AB has completed enrollment of 19 patients in the ES2B-C001 Phase I breast cancer trial. Preliminary data indicate anti-HER2 responses in 12/13 evaluable patients, with no DLTs or SUSARs reported. The primary readout is now expected in Q1 2027, later than the previous end-2026 timing.
