Diana Shipping withdraws Genco takeover offer after board demands $36.91 a share
Diana Shipping (NYSE: DSX) says it has withdrawn its offer to acquire all outstanding Genco Shipping & Trading (NYSE: GNK) shares after Genco’s board sought consideration valued at about $36.91 per share.
