Descartes Systems Group to acquire Extensiv for about $120 million cash
Descartes Systems Group Inc. said it will acquire Extensiv, a provider of warehouse management and fulfillment solutions for third-party logistics providers, for approximately $120 million. Deal is funded through cash on hand.
