Flex agrees to buy EPC Power for $4.4 billion
Flex has agreed to acquire EPC Power for $4.4 billion. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, when EPC Power is expected to become part of Flex’s Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment.

Private equity firm KKR & Co. (NYSE: KKR ) has agreed to acquire A1 Garage Door Service, a residential garage door repair and replacement company, in a deal valued at around $2 billion, Barilla Group has agreed to acquire the boxed mac and cheese brand Goodles.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Goodles will remain headquartered in Santa Cruz and will continue to operate independently as a standalone brand, free to make its own decisions about product, recipes, quality, ingredients, suppliers, marketing, and more.
The entire team will be retained with no reporting changes, and Co-founder & CEO Jen Zeszut will continue to lead the Goodles team.

Court records show the company had less than $50,000 in assets against liabilities of between $500,000 and $1 million.
The company’s largest unsecured creditors include Spartan Capital, Toast Capital, and Bear Robotics.
