Arena REIT No 1: Edge enters conditional agreement to acquire 31 centres
Arena Reit No 1 said Edge has entered a conditional agreement with Goodstart for the acquisition of 31 centres, pending due diligence and lease assignment consent. An administrator is pursuing the sale of 33 Edge centres, including seven owned by Arena.
