Arena REIT No 1: Edge enters conditional agreement to acquire 31 centres

Oct. 7 — Arena REIT No 1 said Edge has entered a conditional agreement with Goodstart to acquire 31 centres and is undertaking due diligence. The company said it is also considering lease assignment consent, while the administrator is pursuing the sale of 33 Edge centres, including 7 Arena-owned centres.
