Amundi buys 9.9% ICG stake, signs 10-year distribution deal
Amundi SA bought a 9.9% economic stake in ICG for ~€620M and signed a 10-year exclusive global distribution deal. The company also completed a €500M buyback of 5.9M shares (~2.9%), pending a cancellation decision.
