Amundi SA (EURONEXT:AMUN) bought a 9.9% economic stake in ICG for about €620M and signed a 10-year exclusive global distribution agreement that is expected to lift AUM, flows and financials from Q3 2026. The company also completed a €500M buyback of 5.9M shares, or about 2.9%, pending a cancellation decision.
