Adjusted EPS rose 38% and the company said strong air travel demand boosted services. It also agreed to acquire a 65% controlling interest in MRO Holdings.
AAR will pay initial equity consideration of about $1.8 billion and repay about $1.3 billion of borrowings. Funding includes about $2.1 billion of new debt, $780 million of equity at $135 per share and a $230 million PIPE.
