AAR agrees to buy 65% stake in MRO Holdings at $4 billion enterprise value

AAR will pay initial equity consideration of about $1.8 billion and repay about $1.3 billion of borrowings. Funding includes about $2.1 billion of new debt, $780 million of equity at $135 per share and a $230 million PIPE.
