Middle East crude benchmarks slip for third session

Oman and Dubai fell for a third straight session as premiums slipped under $10 a barrel. Indian Oil Corp bought 3 million barrels of Middle Eastern and west African crude for November delivery, while Shell said third-quarter refining margins could jump to a record $42 a barrel.
