Oil grades were mixed on Wednesday, dealers said, as investors weighed a decline in US crude inventories and Europe’s plans to accelerate a release of oil stocks. US crude stocks fell last week as refining activity and exports rose, while fuel inventories were mixed, the Energy Information Administration said.
