Indivior Pharmaceuticals will hold a special stockholder meeting on Oct. 15, 2026, for investors to vote on its proposed merger with Supernus. Supernus would be the surviving company and a wholly owned Indivior subsidiary, with Indivior renamed Supernus, Inc. upon completion.
