McKesson and CD&R agree to buy Option Care Health for $32.05 a share

The deal values Option Care Health at about $5.8 billion enterprise value. CD&R will hold about 51% at close and McKesson will invest about $1.4 billion for about 49%. Closing is targeted for the first half of calendar 2027, with Option Care Health shares delisted and made privately held.
