zSpace notifies Nasdaq of voluntary common stock withdrawal
zSpace said it plans to voluntarily withdraw its common stock from The Nasdaq Capital Market and deregister under Section 12(b), with a Form 25 planned around Sept. 25, 2026 amid an ongoing trading suspension.
