newcleo closes De-SPAC, raises about $247M; starts NWCL trading Sept. 22
newcleo plc completed its business combination with NewHold III, raising approximately $247M in gross proceeds. Shares and warrants are set to begin trading on Nasdaq as NWCL and NWCLW on Sept. 22, 2026.
