iQSTEL Secures Up to $3 Million in Senior Debt for Ultranet Acquisition
iQSTEL entered financing agreements with M2B Funding and ADI Funding for up to $3 million in aggregate senior secured, non-convertible notes. Each lender funded $750,000 at the October 20 closing to support iQSTEL’s planned acquisition of a controlling interest in Ultranet Telecom Group.
