cbdMD to buy Twinlab assets via assignment for creditors
cbdMD said it entered an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire select Twinlab assets and certain subsidiaries. The deal includes assuming about $1.75 million of secured debt and issuing 2,229,805 shares targeting 19.9% of outstanding.
