authID files 8-K on licensing deal and debenture update
authID said it filed an 8-K covering a press release on the pricing of an offering and the extension of the maturity date of its April 2026 debentures. The filing also said the company entered a $2 million technology licensing, services and support agreement with the EinStrong Charitable Foundation.
