Zoned Properties Raises Asset Sale Price to $7.8 Million
Zoned Properties has entered into an Amended and Restated Asset Purchase Agreement with BPB Partners, raising the purchase price for its business and substantially all assets to $7.8 million, subject to assumed debt adjustments. The buyer may assume indebtedness at its discretion.
