Zealand Pharma reports positive Phase 2 petrelintide results
Zealand Pharma said its Phase 2 ZUPREME-2 trial of petrelintide met its primary endpoint in people with overweight or obesity and type 2 diabetes. The company said the study showed up to 9.2% mean body weight reduction at week 28 versus 2.0% with placebo.
