Zai Lab Prices $250 Million PIPE at $22.04 per ADS
Zai Lab will sell 11,340,000 ADSs at $22.04 each for approximately $250 million in gross proceeds. The PIPE is expected to close on or about Oct. 27, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
