Z.AI raises about $2 billion via Hong Kong share sale
Z.AI Co Ltd (HKEX:2513) plans to raise about $2 billion through a primary placement of 21.97 million Hong Kong-listed shares at HK$714 each, and is also marketing convertible bonds, according to deal terms seen by Reuters.
