Yuanta Securities Korea disclosed that executive Luo Zhipeng bought 980 shares on-market, lifting his holding to 18,898 shares. The largest shareholders’ stake rose marginally to 118,339,163 common shares, or 57.59%, as of Oct. 6, an increase of 980 shares versus Sept. 15, leaving the ownership ratio unchanged.
