Yes Bank files Supreme Court plea over Fortis share-sale audit
Yes Bank has moved the Supreme Court challenging a Delhi High Court ruling that ordered a forensic audit of its conduct and 16 other banks’ actions in selling Fortis Healthcare shares in 2018.
