Yatra Online rejects Magna Holdings tender offer for up to 20M shares
Yatra Online advised shareholders to reject a tender offer from Magna Holdings to acquire up to 20 million shares for $1.10 in cash. The board unanimously rejected it, saying the price substantially undervalues the company.
