Yancoal Australia Premier Coal workers reject pay deal, set strike action
A majority of workers at Yancoal Australia's Premier Coal mine have rejected the miner's proposed workplace deal and will begin strike action on Saturday, according to Australia's Mining and Energy Union. The union cited demands for higher pay and greater job security as reasons for the rejection.
