Yancoal Australia Premier Coal workers reject pay deal, plan strike
A majority of workers at Yancoal Australia's Premier Coal mine have rejected the miner's proposed workplace agreement and will commence strike action on Saturday, according to the Mining and Energy Union. The union cited demands for higher pay and improved job security as reasons for the rejection.
